New Jersey: Senate to Vote on Flawed Bill that Could Imprison Gun Owners TODAY

Today, the New Jersey Senate is scheduled to vote on Senate Bill 516.  This legislation seeks to increase the penalties applied when a minor gains access to a firearm.  So-called “safe storage laws” are inherently misguided as they render firearms useless for self-defense by making them inaccessible when seconds matter.

Could this tiny picture get an 11-year-old boy expelled from school?

WISN-AM host Vicki McKenna reported the story out of Wisconsin last week: An 11-year-old boy named Matthew, who attends an online school through Wisconsin Virtual Learning, was asked to remove a picture of a gun from his digital profile, and his mother is now worried that he’ll be expelled over his Second Amendment enthusiasm.

Pennsylvania: Senate Could Consider Pigeon Shoot Ban as Early as Tomorrow

The Pennsylvania Senate returns to session tomorrow, Sunday, and may consider and vote on House Bill 1750, legislation that would ban pigeon shooting in the Commonwealth.  It is critical that you contact your state Senator immediately and urge him or her to vote against the criminalization of this traditional shooting sport.

Delaware: State House Could Vote on Anti-Gun Legislation Today!

Today, the Delaware House of Representatives could vote on House Bill 67, which seeks to create a “gun-free zone” around ALL school property – including vehicles and property owned, used, or rented by any public or private school.  This legislation will put firearm owners and concealed carry permittees at risk of arrest and felony prosecution by creating an un-navigable maze of legal technicalities and “gotcha” laws.
